Description
A magnificent beautiful bloom of the Passion Fruit native plant of the Southeastern United States. It's known to represent the diciples and Christ by the cross in the center. The Bumble Bee is feasting! The above ground parts are used to make medicine.
The passion flower has many symbols of Christ's Passion When the Spanish and Portuguese missionaries and explorers came to the Americas in the 16 th century, they were charmed by the exuberant beauty and features of this perfumed flower and immediately associated it with elements of Christ's Calvary.
